Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 June 2026
Welcome to Saneter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Customer") and Saneter ("Saneter", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of this website, dashboard, API, and proxy services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is accurate, and that your use of the Service will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Accounts and Security
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date. You may register using email and password, or through a supported third-party login provider.
2.3 You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access credentials without our prior written consent.
2.4 We may require verification of your email address or identity, and we may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our sole discretion.
2.5 We reserve the right to request Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, proof of identity, or proof of source of funds at any time, including where we suspect fraudulent, high-risk, or unlawful activity, or in connection with cryptocurrency payments. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or immediate termination of your account without refund.
3. The Service
3.1 The Service provides access to proxy resources delivered over shared infrastructure. Availability, speed, IP allocation, geographic coverage, and concurrency may vary and may change at any time.
3.2 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any particular IP address, location, uptime, throughput, or level of anonymity will be available or maintained. We do not guarantee that the IP addresses provided will bypass any specific third-party anti-bot system, firewall, CAPTCHA, or fraud-detection mechanism (such as those used by streaming platforms, e-commerce sites, or financial institutions), or that any IP address will have any particular reputation, "cleanliness", or geolocation.
3.3 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to, use the Service to:
- engage in or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorisation, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or engage in phishing, credential stuffing, or carding;
- distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code, or conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- create, store, or transmit any material that is unlawful, abusive, or that exploits or endangers minors;
- violate the terms of service, acceptable use policy, or rate limits of any third-party website or service;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or our infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for all data and traffic that passes through it. Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and we may disclose relevant information to law enforcement or affected parties where we believe it is appropriate or required. You explicitly agree to indemnify and hold Saneter harmless against any claims, demands, complaints, or legal actions brought by third-party websites, platforms, or targets arising from your automated access, data scraping, crawling, or scraping-related activities conducted through the Service.
5. Fees, Payment, and Taxes
5.1 Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and may be updated at any time.
5.2 Payments are made in advance, including by cryptocurrency on a pay-as-you-go basis. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.
5.3 You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or transaction or network fees associated with your purchase, other than taxes based on our net income.
5.4 You authorise us to apply your payments toward the products and services you select.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Our proxies are digital goods that are delivered and activated immediately, and payments are made through irreversible methods. Accordingly, we do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks once an order is placed, except where a non-waivable right to a refund is required by applicable law. In exceptional circumstances, such as a verified, sustained service fault attributable solely to us that we are unable to remedy, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, issue a partial credit to your account balance. We are under no obligation to do so, and any such credit is not cash-redeemable.
7. Suspension and Termination
7.1 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, including where we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms or any risk to the Service, to us, or to others.
7.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
7.3 We will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of the Service or your account.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uptime, security, or anonymity. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages; and
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US Dollars (USD 50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saneter and its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Saneter name, logo, website, software, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (such as payment, email delivery, and authentication providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of such services may be subject to their own terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates when the latest changes took effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.
15. General
15.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
15.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
15.4 You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
15.5 We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
